Bendon Advisory was established by Emma Bendon in 2018 in response to regulatory change within the UK Equity Capital Markets. With over two decades of experience working with Boards of UK small and mid-cap companies, Emma brings deep market insight and a practical understand ing of what drives effective governance and sustained performance.
Emma began her career in Corporate Broking at Numis, where she worked on IPOs, secondary equity raises, and managed listed companies’ relationships with the market and institutional investors. Recognising shifts in the market landscape and the growing need for truly independent Board advice, Emma has been helping companies strengthen shareholder engagement and enhance Board governance through Bendon Advisory’s flexible and tailored approach.
